Latest Technology Cleaning
Designed for cleaning larger parts or when a two-person cleaning station is more efficient, our XL ROwasher comes with the same base footprint as our Static ROwasher machine but is fitted with an XL sink top.
This large parts cleaner features a super capacity pump that provides a powerful adjustable fluid flow rate via a nozzle and two flow-thru brushes. The flexible nozzle has a highly visible orange tip to control fluid aim over parts. Whilst the two self-cleaning brushes are the ideal tool to agitate stubborn dirt.
The large parts washer is easy to use push button on/off switch with a flow control timer. The automatic switch off pump and heater, if minimum fluid level is reached, is a built-in safety feature of the ROwasher.
A 200-micron basket filter set into the sink tray traps larger particles of debris.
The XL ROwasher has a 60L fluid capacity and is easy to maintain with a monthly change of the Microbial Filter Mat and top up of 20L ROwash Degreasing Solution when the machine`s low fluid indicator light comes on.

Cleaning Capabilities & Labor
What it Cleans: Rapidly melts heavy motor oil, bearing grease, hydraulic fluids, and baked-on hydrocarbons.
What it DOES NOT Clean: It is a biological degreaser, not a chemical stripper. It will not remove heavy rust, cured enamel paint, chemical scale, or hardened epoxy.
The Workflow: Includes a self-cleaning, flow-through brush and flexible nozzle. Requires manual brushing for heavy build-up, but the heated fluid does the heavy lifting.
Maintenance & Consumables
Initial Fill: Requires 60L of ROwash Degreasing Fluid.
Ongoing Upkeep: Change the Microbial Filter Mat once a month (takes 2 minutes). Top up fluid only when the low-level indicator flashes. No full fluid dumps required.
