Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated based on your specific location during the checkout process. Our goal is to get your innovative parts washer to your workshop as quickly as possible, ready for immediate use.

RETURNS
Return Cost
Return freight costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer, and the return must be shipped to our Australian warehouse. A standard restocking fee (up to 20% of the purchase price) may be applied to cover inspection, cleaning, and handling for non-faulty items. We will cover all shipping costs for machines found to be defective or subject to a valid warranty claim.
30 Days to Return
We offer a 30-day window for returns, calculated from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the ROwasher unit must be returned to us unused, in its original packaging, and in a perfect, saleable condition. Due to the nature of the product, returns cannot be accepted if the ROwash fluid has been added to the machine or the microbial filter mat has been opened.
Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must first be authorised. Please contact ROwasher Australia to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number before shipping anything back; returns received without an RA number will be rejected. We only offer exchanges or replacements for items determined to be faulty or damaged under the terms of our product warranty. Change-of-mind returns are processed as refunds, subject to the return cost and 30-day conditions outlined above.
