Latest Technology Cleaning

For the ultimate solution in flexible Workshop cleaning, our Mobile ROwasher can be moved around for cleaning where you need it. Comes with a 3m cable and locking brakes. 

The mobile parts cleaner has a nozzle and flow-thru brush. Both feature an adjustable powerful fluid rate driven by a super capacity pump. The flexible nozzle has a highly visible orange tip to control fluid aim over parts. The self-cleaning flow-thru brush is the ideal tool to agitate stubborn dirt on parts and components.

Easy to use push button on/off switch with a flow control timer. The automatic switch off pump and heater, if minimum fluid level is reached, is a built-in safety feature of the ROwasher.

A 200-micron basket filter set into the sink tray traps larger particles of debris.

The Mobile ROwasher has a 60L fluid capacity and is easy to maintain with a monthly change of the Microbial Filter Mat and top up of 20L ROwash Degreasing Solution when the machine`s low fluid indicator light comes on.

Power & Installation

  • Heater: 1000W industrial thermostatic heater (maintains fluid at an optimal 38-42°C).

  • Power Supply: Plugs into a standard 240V / 10-amp Australian wall socket. No 15-amp industrial phase required.

  • Eco-Mode: Automatically drops to 37°C during idle times to slash overnight electricity consumption.

Cleaning Capabilities & Labor

  • What it Cleans: Rapidly melts heavy motor oil, bearing grease, hydraulic fluids, and baked-on hydrocarbons.

  • What it DOES NOT Clean: It is a biological degreaser, not a chemical stripper. It will not remove heavy rust, cured enamel paint, chemical scale, or hardened epoxy.

  • The Workflow: Includes a self-cleaning, flow-through brush and flexible nozzle. Requires manual brushing for heavy build-up, but the heated fluid does the heavy lifting.

Maintenance & Consumables

  • Initial Fill: Requires 60L of ROwash Degreasing Fluid.

  • Ongoing Upkeep: Change the Microbial Filter Mat once a month (takes 2 minutes). Top up fluid only when the low-level indicator flashes. No full fluid dumps required.
